Withdrawal Policy

This withdrawal policy governs the transfer of funds from a W9bet account. It sets the conditions for withdrawal eligibility, the submission process, limits, processing times, and the rights of W9bet in relation to withdrawals. The Company is incorporated under the laws of Curacao and operates in accordance with applicable law, including anti-money laundering and responsible gaming obligations. All withdrawal activity remains subject to verification and internal risk controls.

Eligibility and Verification

To initiate a withdrawal, your account must be in good standing, hold a positive wagering balance, and have no unresolved verification holds. You must comply with KYC and AML requirements. W9bet may request additional information for enhanced due diligence, especially for large or unusual activity. Withdrawal requests may be delayed or refused if verification cannot be completed satisfactorily.

  • Primary identification: government-issued photo ID (for example, passport or national ID).
  • Proof of address: utility bill, bank statement, or official document dated within the last three months showing your name and address.
  • Selfie or live verification as requested by compliance.

Withdrawal Methods and Limits

Withdrawals may be requested to a payment method designated in your account. Limits apply per transaction and on a daily/monthly basis as specified below. All limits are expressed in USD or the local currency equivalent at the time of withdrawal.

  • Minimum withdrawal amount: 20 USD or the equivalent in your account currency.
  • Maximum withdrawal per transaction: 50,000 USD or the equivalent.
  • Daily withdrawal limit: 150,000 USD or the equivalent.
  • Monthly withdrawal limit: 300,000 USD or the equivalent.

Fees: standard withdrawals incur no fixed processing fee. Currency conversion or cross-border transfers may incur a conversion fee up to 2% of the withdrawal amount. Expedited processing requests may incur a separate fee as published in the Banking section of the platform.

Withdrawal Request Procedure

  1. Sign in to your W9bet account and navigate to the Cashier or Wallet area, then select Withdraw.
  2. Choose the destination method and enter the withdrawal amount within applicable limits. The withdrawal will be issued to the payment method registered to your account.
  3. Confirm the withdrawal details. If two-factor authentication is enabled on your account, complete the 2FA verification.
  4. Submit the withdrawal request. An on-screen confirmation will appear and you may receive a notification by email if provided.
  5. If additional verification is required, you will be notified. Do not proceed with processing until verification is completed; processing will resume once verification is satisfied. You may cancel before processing begins for any permitted reason under the platform policy.

Processing Times, Settlement, and Notifications

Withdrawals that satisfy all verification requirements are processed as soon as practicable after approval, but in no event later than 24-72 hours from confirmation, excluding weekends and public holidays or other events beyond control. Bank transfers and wallet settlements may take longer depending on the recipient institution and currency. If documentation is outstanding or further verification is required, processing may be paused until the information is supplied and approved, which may extend processing time by up to an additional 1-2 business days.

Withdrawals are issued only to the payment method and beneficiary name registered on the account. Any change to the withdrawal destination requires re-verification. W9bet reserves the right to suspend or refuse withdrawals in cases of suspected fraud, non-compliance with KYC/AML requirements, or conduct that could compromise platform integrity. All withdrawal decisions are within the discretion of the compliance team and are final.

Currency Handling and Settlement

Withdrawals are settled in the currency of the selected withdrawal method when possible. If the withdrawal currency differs from the recipient currency, W9bet will apply a currency conversion rate at processing time and may charge a conversion fee as described above. The final credited amount reflects any applicable conversions and fees.

Disputes, Amendments, and Communications

Any dispute related to a withdrawal must be raised within seven (7) calendar days of the withdrawal date. W9bet will investigate and respond in accordance with its internal procedures. W9bet reserves the right to amend this Withdrawal Policy in response to legal, regulatory, or operational changes, with notice provided on the platform.
