Understanding W9bet Cashback
W9bet Cashback is our weekly rebate program that returns a portion of your net losses from eligible casino activity. Active players who opt in from the Dashboard will receive cashback on qualifying bets across casino games, live casino, and slots.
- Weekly window: Monday 00:00 to Sunday 23:59 server time. Cashback is calculated on eligible activity within this window.
- Net losses vs. net wins: Cashback is paid only when the period ends with a net loss. If you end with a net win, no cashback is due.
- Credit timing: Cashback is credited as bonus funds to your W9bet account on Monday after the promo week ends.
Rates, Caps, and Eligibility
Your cashback rate depends on your loyalty tier. W9bet currently offers three levels:
- Bronze: 5% cashback, up to 100 USD weekly cap.
- Silver: 6% cashback, up to 200 USD weekly cap.
- Gold: 7% cashback, up to 400 USD weekly cap.
To qualify, your account must be active and verified, and you must opt in to the Cashback program in your Dashboard. The week runs from Monday to Sunday. Some games or bet types may be excluded from the calculation; check the Promotions section in your account for the full list of eligible activities.
Claiming, Wagering, and Withdrawals
Cashback is issued as bonus funds. Wagering requirements apply before you can convert cashback to cash and withdraw:
- Wagering: 5x the cashback amount must be wagered on eligible games before withdrawal.
- Expiration: Cashback bonuses expire 14 days after credit if not fully wagered.
- Withdrawal: After meeting the wagering, you may withdraw per the standard withdrawal process and verification checks.
Example: If you accrue 70 USD cashback, you must wager 350 USD on eligible bets. Once the 5x wagering is met, you can cash out the remaining funds following the usual withdrawal steps.
How to participate: open your W9bet Dashboard, go to Promotions, select Cashback, and toggle Opt-In. Cashback is automatically credited each Monday for the previous week’s activity.
